At Laflore Paris, we want you to be completely in love with your eco-friendly companion. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and protective box to ensure it arrives back at our atelier in pristine condition.

Ship the Item

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
